‌UMindfulness is pleased to offer an ongoing series of mindfulness classes and workshops for the university community and general public. These programs include MBSR, MBCT and other multi-week mindfulness training. Unless expressly noted, no prior experience or knowledge of mindfulness is required. Below is a listing of these offerings.
